If you phone us and we’re driving or on another call, you will be invited to leave a message. Please leave your name, number and the reason for your call, and we’ll ring you back as soon as we can.

Please note: our office isn’t always open during business hours and it’s safest to make an appointment before coming round.

We don’t give out the contact details for people we’ve looked after, but if you send us an email or a card, we will pass it along promptly. Please put the name of the deceased on your envelope or in the email subject line, to help us ensure the message gets to the right family.
